WARRANTY PERIOD
• 12 months from the date of purchase
• Covers manufacturing defects only
• Valid only with a purchase invoice
WHAT IS COVERED
• Repair or replacement of defective parts or equipment
• Replacement, if approved, will be of the same or equivalent model
• Maximum liability is limited to the MRP of the product
• Warranty service decisions rest solely with 58MM PRO
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
• Normal wear and tear (including grinder burrs and consumables)
• Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Electrical issues, voltage fluctuations, or power supply faults
• Damage due to water quality (TDS above 50 ppm)
• Fire, flooding, natural calamities, or pest/rodent damage
• Improper cleaning, poor maintenance, or unsuitable chemicals
INSTALLATION & USAGE CONDITIONS
• Equipment must be used with a voltage stabilizer
• Installation and operation must follow provided guidelines
• Warranty is valid only at the original installation location
• Home-use products are covered only for residential use
UNAUTHORISED ACTIONS
Warranty becomes void if there is:
• Tampering, modification, or unauthorised repair
• Use of non-genuine or unapproved parts
• Servicing by technicians not authorised by 58MM PRO
• Relocation without prior written approval
ADDITIONAL TERMS
• Accessories and non-warranty parts are chargeable
• Transit damage by third-party couriers is not covered
• Products with missing or damaged serial numbers are excluded
• Second-hand or transferred equipment is not eligible

• Invoice and installation records are mandatory

All disputes are subject to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India jurisdiction.
